Jon Ouimet

Jon has a Bachelors degree in Economics with a Minor in Social Sciences. For the last 13 years, Jon worked in the industrial market of pools and transformation of Aluminum. He is extremely knowledgeable of the industrial market mainly in the fabrication and transformation of products. Jon has held the positions of leadmen at Jacuzzi Canada, customer service support at Gentek Building Products, factory planner, supervisor of the shipping and receiving department and manager of 54 unionized employees of the forming, slitting and internal transportation department. Jon favors the use of value added techniques to improve productivity as well as the creation of work cells in Kaizen to review the ways of doing things. His passion for technology has also provided him tools and knowledge in the programming of boards and the servicing and building of computers on a personal basis. His unique human approach to motivation is a great tool for any company that is trying to establish change and increase efficiency and productivity. He is a current member of the FMA (Fabricators and Manufacturers Association) and has received many training in tooling adjustment as well as many personal training in human relations, human development and human well-being.

Martine Charpentier

Martine has a Bachelors degree in Marketing, and is a certified professional activities organizer and a member of the International Coach Federation. She held a supervisor position in an advertising firm for the major account of Loto-Quebec with a 6 million dollar budget. She has also worked in different business environments such as banking, food, cosmetic, film, packaging, communications and publishing houses mainly as a consultant in sales and marketing. Today, she privileges the coaching approach as her main activity and continues to develop her knowledge at a well recognized international business school in coaching in order to provide her clients a more efficient and actualized business coaching approach. The improvement in profits and human ability with business coaching is more and more recognized as the new key to reach goals and feel great about it.
